Anyone know anything really about designing a webpage?  If so, can you use Photobucket to design the webpage, or does it all have to be HTML/php/BBCode at first, then you design the pictures?

you would use photobucket to host images, but if you have your own webhosting, you don't need a separate area to host the images, I would say draw your website in photoshop or whatever, then use the tool in photoshop to apply it into a web page. I think there is a tool for that, I haven't used photoshop that much.

You should start at http://w3schools.com/html/default.asp and do all the examples and lessons there and you should have a better understanding then of how websites work.

Also be aware that Photobucket has limits on there bandwidth usage.  If you get alot of people looking at your website and all the images are linked using Photobucket after awhile your images will be replaced with the famous Photobucket logo.  Just something to be aware of.  If you have the money I would strongly recommend investing in web hosting space.  In the end it will be much easier then hotlinking from Photobucket.  Best of luck!

If you already have Photoshop, just create our design/layout and slice it up however you want it to be.  When you're finished you can goto file->save as web & devices, hit save, and make sure save as type says HTML & images.  For anything more advanced just let us know or you can contact me via PM
